Jenny Craig

Jenny Craig

Has anyone tried it. My DH health insurance pays a portion towards the program. I was thinking of trying it, its still fairly expensive. I was wondering how the food was, and if anyone had good results on the diet.

I had great results when I was 16, I got to my lowest weight ever in my life.

When I went back to try it in 2005 I just couldn't do it. The foods tasted very good, but it was a little limiting in the sense that you had to buy their foods every week. Not to mention it becomes an expensive proposition.

Re: Jenny Craig

my best friend did it before my wedding & I did ww at the same time. She got really bored of the food- but she is picky and started eating all the same foods every week.

She also complained it was hard to go out since you had to plan so far ahead (she had to know on the Sunday before how many nights she would eat out and what nights and they only recommended 1 night a week).

anyhow, I lost 8 pounds and she lost 5. I highly highly recommend ww- you do have to plan, but its sooo much easier to go out, go to parties and just live everyday life

Re: Jenny Craig

I did WW two years ago, and lost 15 lbs but it was very slow for me. Took me almost 4 months. I got discouraged. I thought maybe I'd try jenny just because I get a discount. I've been hearing bad things about the food, so I don't know.
