I hit the wrong button accidently on their stupid online site and then all of a sudden there are NO more presale Dixie Chicks tickets left. How can that be? I just had the stupid things and poof- they are all gone. Now I am on HOLD- of course- trying to figure out if there is anything they can do, which, of course, there will not be. (holy, run on sentence)
And they weren't ANY help. I was told to e-mail the problem. I am sure they will get right on this.
The gov't will go after Microsoft- spend billions of our tax dollars on court fees. Why not go after a company that touches the average US Citizen- Ticketmaster. They add tons and tons of service fees onto the ticket prices, sell to scalpers (you know that they do that) and $crew us regular folk. Microsoft never did anything to me- and they never $crewed me out of concert tickets because of a stupid online system!
