Just a heads up... Girls TTC... If you have IBS- something i wish someone would have told me...

We know IBS is stress induced...

When I first got preggo I was extremely sick bathroom wise, and i couldnt understand why...

Turns out IBS is 'Excellerated' during pregnancy because your intestines are being shifted, moved, swolen etc....

So, just be careful and eat carefully or else u will be in the bathroom a million times a day. No one told me I had no warning and I was miserable...

So, eat smaller meals, stay away from spicy things etc and you'll be fine :)

See a internal specialist before you plan on getting pregnant too, they may give you some more help- they wanted to give me prevacid (I think tis called) but i refused...

thanks for the heads up. although i dont have IBS, i have celiac and im dont/do have colitis. So it's all verry similar.
something to think about in 3-5 years when DH & I start trying...although I will be having a long conversation with my gastro doctor when that time comes..
