Changed what I was eating. I ate turkey for 2 weeks straight for lunch. Serving size of 3 slices (I did eat cheese with it though
) ona roll up and I had carrots and fruit with it.
I also work alot and don't have time for a 'good dinner'
But just that little change made a difference.
