just curious

How many times have you been a BM / MOH?

I've never been one and it kinda makes me sad -I'd love to have that experience. i was telling DH last night that i'm 'always a bride, never a bridesmaid'

anyway, i was just curious

The wedding I am in this Saturday will be my 4th time being a BM!

ETA: I forgot I was an FG for my aunt a million years ago!!! LOL!

I think I'm good for a while though... I can only see being a BM 2 more times for my cousins and then the MOH when my sister gets married... all of my close friends got married this year (that is where 3 of those 4 came from!)

I've only been a BM once for my cousin. That marriage didn't last long.

None of my friends are married yet- I was the first to be married!

i'm the opposite ... most of my friends are either already married, or not even close to being married so I'm not sure i'll ever have the experience. Oh well, i'll live

I answered the poll wrong because I forgot about a wedding I was in over 10 years ago which I was a BM in, that was the only time. And I will be a MOH for the first time at the end of the month for my sisters wedding

Just once. I can only imagine being a bridesmaid maybe for 4 other people--my two closest friends, my sister, and my BIL's girlfriend (and that one's a stretch). Other than that, I'd really question why the heck people were asking me to be a BM .

i was the MOH for my sister's wedding but thats it, i really dont mind though... sometimes being in a BP can add up depending on what the bride wants...

I was asked to be in another BP as a BM, but I declined because I really, really detested the guy she was marrying, and I honestly would not and could not stand up there and support her.

I would love to be a BM again, but I don't know that it'll happen.
