I see you listed that a garage is included... Is that your own space in the garage that comes with the coop?

Hi, the maintenance includes water, gas and taxes. I might be missing something, was there something you are specifically asking about.
There is either indoor or outdoor parking spaces availiable for a small monthly fee, you just need to contact the management office to apply. We currently have our own outdoor spot you're welcome to that spot when you apply, but there a bunch of open spots for your to choose from that can be your own.

I think I live across the street from you. FH and I purchased a co-op at Hollis Court 3 years ago. I'll be moving in once we get married. Good Luck on selling your place.

I love it there too... I will love it more once I move in. FH says we are so spoiled since everything is across the street. :)
