We've been looking for a house and found one in our price range with a lot of potential. We signed the 'official' offer but I'm petrified. He's all excited and I'm panicking about how much this is all going to cost us. I'd be happy renting for a little while longer but I guess I have to grow up.. LOL!! Wish us luck...

We got married on the same day as you and we are about to put an offer on a house, I think when doing the math, we realized we will have $500 for food for the month, everyone says you find a way...I guess mac and cheese is our way

don't be scared, in the long run owning will be far more beneficial than renting. at least you get equity!

dont worry you can do it! We just moved into our new home is E. Setauket and our morage is $3,600 a month! But we do it!
