Just received our album from My Publisher!

We love it!! We ordered the 12x16 deluxe book and they came out really nice. The pictures that are the entire page did not come out blurry at all, which is what I was afraid of. It looks great. I can't wait to take it to work on Monday and show it off

Is this your wedding album?
I saw the book ad they look pretty nice. I have quite a few of the smaller hardcovers.

We did this as one wedding album because there were just too many pictures that we loved and couldn't afford to have them all in a professional album. We are still ordering one through our photographer, but it will be a smaller one with only the very best pictures in it. This one has 100 pictures total! Our album through the photographer will only have 30.

We are planning on ordering smaller hardcover books for our parents as gifts.

I have ordered from them planety of times (a guestbook, a honeymoon album , a wedding album for my grandmother, & more) and I have no complaints. Whenevr I show somebody they love it and want to know where I got it!

It's best to have the pics on a digital CD/on your hard drive, right?

so do you just scann your proofs and then use them in my publisher? is the quality ok?

i have been working on one through shutterfly but find the layout templates rather limited (i don't want to add text, just photos). i see the mypublisher one is more flexible, but from the photos i don't particularly dig the 'whiteness' on the covers, what does it look like in person? is there a way to change it? i like the preview of the cover in shutterfly, (see attached pic), can one do something like this in mypublisher? thanks!

As far as I know, there is not a way to have a 'window' album (picture showing through to front) through mypublisher.com. You can order different album colors - we chose Taupe - and we are planning on going to Things Remembered and having a small plate engraved saying 'Our Wedding' or something like that.
