Just signed the contract

I cant believe it. We just got back from our attorneys office where we just signed the contract for the sale of our Co-Op and the purchase of our House
My hand was shaking as I wrote out the down payment check. I cant believe it looks like it really is going to happen. Still keeping my fingers crossed that everything works out

Yipee ... when we signed, I had heart failure writing the check! :-) It's all good. We still do not know when we will close, probably November. You?

Fran! OMG Congrats!!! I know that feeling we sat in our attorney's office on my birthday and signed our contract on our house and yes we wrote out half of our 20% that we will be putting down.....amazing how the money slips through your hands. It's hectic right now but it will get easier, we go to closing next month. Good luck and many years of good memories in your new home!

Thanks for all your good wishes Ladies. Now it a race against the clock to get the closing done by the end of December. Not the best time of year to move but what are you going to do.

Its great to be able to share with a great group of gals many of whom are going through or will soon be going through the same thing.
