I know I'm certified nuts (I still read the brides board) a lot... but anyway -
It now seems funny to me the questions - the details that you stress about (that mostly mean nothing) I remember stressing about my cake, the color of my girls dresses matching the chairs in the hall) none of these things mattered and know one cares - the cake that you think about for a year (most people don't even look at)
I can't believe that I was such a crazy bride and I wish that I would of listened when people would say none of it matters (you know... I'm wearing an Ivory dress - what color shirt should he wear?
I went crazy about all of it...
I now look back and laugh about it all -
Just wanted to share...

I agree.....
When I was planning I was stressing over the little details that I thought mattered, but no one would notice if it was out of place but me. So when brides to be ask me advice, I tell them do NOT stress the little things. I know I did, but I still had a ton of fun planning. I miss it so much.

the stress...I mean the FUN Of it all
Miss only certain parts of the planning process. Thankfully we had 1-1/2 years before our date to plan and lucky for us- buy a home.
Still bothers me how my family members did not come to my special day...and its still something I need to let them know.
Oh boy-
but stressing over what to buy the bridal party! ugh!

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some of the topics and comments are so funny. When I was a bride-to-be, I also thought this and that was SOOOO IMPORTANT and to look at it now, there`s an entirely different perspective. I did enjoy the planning though and I don`t think I drove anyone (or myself) too crazy. But some of the stuff I have read is hysterical, stuff I would never even worry about. I guess it`s a rite of passage that we`re all entitled to...
