Kinda diff. name but still me

Hey ladies,
So I had to create a new SN because for some reason I got logged off my other name (bettybcafe) and when I try to log on it says invalid PW..then I go to 'send me my password' and I dont get anyting in my email..so I decided to just create a new account. So my new SN now is bettybcafe82

hey there Millie - try FM'ing client services so they can try to fix the problem and you can keep your original username!

I agree they should be able to figure out why you are receiving all this trouble. You have been a good girl so it isn't that. I find it odd but I hope they can help you out.
