Kleinfeld Gown Preservation?

Did anyone use them? And were you happy with the result?

I am wondering if it is worth it (supposedly they repair and sew back the swarovski crystals and other details that may have come apart). TIA!

I want to try them too but I am afraid it will be pricey. I also got my dress there and felt they would know how to handle/treat the work on my dress. The embroidery was done with silver dipped thread -- I feel it could get easily destroyed elsewhere if they don't know what they are doing.

If anyone has details on Kleinfelds preservation please share

My dress has been hanging in my room at my parents house since the wedding

Right - the beadwork and embroidery on my EOM gown and EOM veil are so beautiful like a work of art to me so I want to make sure nothing happens to them.
