Ladies who go to the gym regularly?
When do you go? Morning, afterwork, lunch break? What do you do? Machines, classes, cardio? How often do you go and for how long?Basically, tell me about your gym routines!

i work out at home in the mornings. Usually 1/2 hour with a Wii or PS3 workout 'game'. Sometimes, i'll do Pilates instead though.

I generally go after work and I work out 3-5 days a week. I have done p90x for just less than a year. After going through the 90 day cycle I have incorporated the workouts into my own routine. I LOVE p90 because it is such a great total body workout!Here is the best workout tip I've ever received: plan your entire week of working out on Sunday evening...and stick to it! Don't leave it as a daily decision. Make a schedule and get in your rhythm. I think it REALLY helps and works.
When I'm not in the p90 groove I generally do free weights 4 times a week and a boat load of lunges (front, side, back, 45 degree angle, etc), squats, jumping exercises. I also try to do 3 days of cardio. I usually run...(fast, slow, incline).
The great thing about p90 is that cardio is incorporated into the workouts so yo unever have to do solo cardio.

Monday and Tuesday or Monday and Wednesday:45 minutes of cardio (elliptical for 30 minutes, treadmill for 15), then 20-30 minutes of strength training on the various machines.
Thursdays:
30 minutes of cardio (same as above), then 15-20 minutes of strength, then an hour-long Pilates class.
Weekend:
I try to get to the gym on either Saturday or Sunday as well, for a similar cardio/strength routine. If it's not happening, then I usually will do a Pilates at-home workout.
ETA: I go at night, after work. I used to go in the early morning, but I moved away from where my gym was. I used to be able to walk there, now I gotta drive, and it's a PITA to do all that in the morning.

I work out in the mornings- usually 6 days a week.I do at 60-80 mins of cardio per day.
20-30 min of strength training.
I run 4-5 days a week (depending on how I'm feeling and racing schedule)
I cross train 1-2 days per week (sometimes more if I'm injured).
