Re: Las vegas

We went for our honeymoon and got home a week ago. The weather was really nice, but I think October is the best time to go. We stayed at the Paris hotel. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended - and the food was phenomenal. Bellegio was beautiful as well.

Here's a view from our room......

Re: Las vegas

The best time to go is in the summer because it is so cheap. But, the weather is very hot!!!!

Dh and I have been there twice. There is no place like Vegas!!

Caears is great!! Luxor hotel had a great steak house called'luxor Steakhouse'.

Re: Las vegas

I have never been there but a friend owns a condo and she says the summers there are brutal. She prefers the spring. Vegas is definitely on my list of places to see!!

I have been there many times during various seasons. The best season is definitely winter/fall...awesome weather. summers get to be like 120. I usually stay at harrahs ONLY bc we get free rooms from Atlantic city to use there. I highly recommend venetian. Paris, MGM, New York New York, Mirage, are all very nice too! Make sure you stay on the strip though bc u WILL NOT need a car. If u stay on the left side of the rd they have a free monorail like disneyworld so u can hotel hop. Oh mandalay bay is also nice. they have an indoor beach...so cool! If u need more info FM me.

We stayed at the MGM Grand in March. March was great--ok for the pool and swimming, but not too hot! MGM was very nice. Almost too large though!
