I'm not going to bed yet...I can't sleep and DH is at work. At least I get the bed all to myself!

My Dh is at work too. I wind up sitting up all night waiting for him I am a wimp I hate being home alone.

If I gain ever 5 more lbs I will not be able to fit thru my door!! DH and I both gained 10+ lbs on the HM to Ireland...and I think I gained more since being home!! Since I have to wake up at 4am for work every friggin day, I am always in bed early...so no pubs for me. The weekends I am a loser homebody!!

4am Where do you work? I wake up for work at 7:57 am and I have my morning escape planned to the last second so I can spend as much time in bed as possible.
We are going to Ireland in January I am bringing elastic waist pants with me.

How is the housework coming along? We are putting in new windows this week then hopefully we can put the ceiling in.

Ugh! I work in Astoria. Have to be in at 6am, so I leave the house at 5am and it takes about 55 mins to drive. It's so fun working for the NYPD!!

You will have a drunkin' greasy blast in January!! If you need any advice...let me know. We drove the whole country in 16 days!! Definitely bring elastic pants. They will look hawt!!

Housework is ok so far. DH painted and hung the new side door. He is painting the back door and will hang that as soon as it's done. Just finished spackling our bedroom...time to pick out paint. And buy furniture. So, tomorrow will be: prime the bedroom and look for bedroom and dining room furniture. I hate living like a refugee!

Good luck with the windows and ceiling!! I am gonna stalk your house one of these days...

What counties did you stay in over your 16 days? I lived in Limerick for 2 months and Down for 3 years.
Are you a plice officer? Those hours would kill me! I saw a show and it had a police car I was amzede that the back seats are molded for the handcuffed hands I want to see a police car now. the slightest things amuse me.

Are you taking before and after pictures? I have turned into a HGTV junky overnight since buying the house. Where are you going for funriture?
