Well she was returned yesterday! She stayed all week i believe because her mother had off and FIL had to work and since she was off from school... Soo excited that she is home! Chris and I spoke to her this morning! She was playing with her new Wii that we got her for christmas!!
just a little concerned cuz FIL said that when she first got home she asked him if he fell (cuz im sure he is still all black and blue) and FIL said laura you know what happened...and she just said no she doesnt!
Do you think that is her way of trying to block it out of her mind? or maybe she was like brain washed while with her mother!!!?!
Well i hope she is ok!! im going to do my best to play a more active role in her life! altho we do see her alot, i wanna make sure she has more positive role models in her life! im really glad she is home tho!

Im glad to hear that she's home. It is possible b/c of her young age that she is mentally trying to block out what happened previously, but in the meantime -the best thing you can do is what you're already doing - giving plenty of love & creting positive memories for her & creating a safe place for her. it's comforting to know that she does have people like you & chris who do love her & wan to be there for her. good luck & keep us posted.

You should get one of those nanny cameras in her stuffed animal and send her off with that! Then you will know for sure what goes on!!!! I'm a detective freak! haha!

I am so sorry about all this jess..I wouldn't try to overanalyze the situation too much with her...just give her lots of love, let her know you are there and keep your eyes peeled for funny business...

Im soo glad she is home and I hope they can settle things at some point for her sake. But it could be the mom telling her things to think differently, she is young and easily able to influence. I hope everything works out all in all.

I am so glad she is home safe and sound. He really should fight for full custody if when going to her mom's she is going to be around someone like that, its not safe.
