I think the innocent people of Iraq- the everyday citizens like us, need our prayers tonight. I don't care about infrastructure or even oil fields BUT there are a lot of women just like us. I hope that God watches over them and takes care of their children. I cannot even imagine how scary it must be to hear bombs going off like that with your children afriad.
I pray for Peace, not just in Iraq, but everyway tonight. There must be a way for people to get along and live happily and peacefully.

Also please add our military and there familes left behind. It is horrible to watch the news and not know where you loved one is or when you may speak to them next

We all should. And also like the last post, pray for the military and their families that have to watch all of this knowing their loved ones are there.

I pray for the military everyday ... truly, our soliders are the bravest! 070502 - you and your family are in my prayers !
I pray for all of the innocent people in Iraq and I pray for all of us here! I pray that there will not be another terrorist attack and that one day we will be able to live in peace.
I can't believe all of this is really happening and I'm truly petrified!

We should always remain prayerful not only in bad times but in good times. Pray w/o ceasing.

Re: Let's All Say A Prayer Tonight
I first think about our military, and then all those innocent citizens in Iraq. I cannot imagine how frightened they all must be. When NBC replayed the sound of the bombs last night, I got chills - it was so unbelieveably real and loud
I just hope this is over quickly - for everyone involved

Re: Let's All Say A Prayer Tonight
I pray for all who are affected...but I must be selfish here and say an extra prayer for my own. I love my country and those who support it...
Of course I care for the innocent, no matter where they might be, but if I had to choose between the safety of theirs or the safety of mine, I choose mine. Lets hope it doesn't come down to that - where innocent lives are lost and choices must be made. Unfortunately, I know that may be an idealistic hope.
And Shamma, I agree. I always remember to pray for new days, and be thankful for each day I'm even given the opportunity to pray at all...

I agree. Everyone should be saying a prayer. In fact we should be saying many.

I pray every nite and morning for our troops first and then all the innocent but for God to watch over the troops
