lets share!!!!

Danielle I totally get the canceling out thing! I don't do it myself BUT I CRINGE when I hear people say stuff like 'I hope that red pineapple doesn't blow up' it is like why do you have to say it?!?! Just leave it be and it won't happen!

See, I had to pick something totally random and dumb so I wouldn't freak myself out!

Also

Before I go to bed or leave the house I have to have everything in its place, all dishes washed and dried, everything put away. I freaked out just READING about people leaving their clothes out - my clothes are folded and in drawers minutes while they are still hot from the dryer LOL


Before I leave the house I have to touch the outlet in the bathroom ( to prove that my straighter isnt plugged in ) and I have to touch ALL the oven knobs ( to make sure they are turned off ).

When I get in the car I touch my rosary and do the sign of the cross. Before I get out of the car I have to change hte radio to the station that I want to listen to when I get back IN the car ( depending on what time that will be ) and then I have to turn the radio off - this is because I park in a garage at work and I CANNOT hear that static noise you get from a bad signal - I always think I am going to hear voices in it!!! Same with the TV - if the TV is on without the cable box being I have to turn it off THEN turn the cable box on.

Every day at 11:11 I touch my grandmother's prayer card this is only when I am at work bc its right next to me though, if I am not at work I touch my cross and say a prayer to her.

Um maybe I should stop before I lose friends. . . .

Oh I thought of another one!

I have so many different possible outfits to wear to work, that I MUST make sure to wear 2 from the brown family and 2 from the black family every week! We have casual Fridays here, so I don't count that day, but like today I am wearing brown, so tomorrow I will wear black and then Wed. I can wear brown again! I know, I am psycho!

oh and i also say 3 hail mary's and 3 our father's when i am in a situation i don't like and want to get out safely or fast. like for example on the honeymoon we rented a scooter in cozemul and DH was driving fast around the cliffs etc and i kept repeating the hail marys and our fathers everytime i would get nervous. good catholic school girl i am

OMG! I do the same thing! DH and I went snowmobiling and my headband covered my eyes so I couldn't see a thing. I was screaming for him to slow down so I could fix it but he wouldnt listen. SO I just started saying the hail mary over and over and over again until we were done - it was horrifying and when the guy helped me off the snowmobile I burst into tears and like hugged him LOL DH was mortified - he actually got mad at me!

DH doesn't think I trust him when I start saying my hail mary's if it involves him as well. I just say no I just don't want to die or get hurt and even you can't help that lololol

I usually make the sign of the cross when I pass a church. I remember my grandmother used to always do that when we passed the church picking her up and taking her home.

I have to turn off and turn on the alarm clock 6 times before I go to bed. Why 6 you ask? Because I have an obsession with even numbers. This ties into a lot of things with me.

I count steps, and I get VERY upset if there are an odd amount of steps. I can't change it obviously, but, it puts a damper on my hour.

Whenever I eat anything, I chew on my left side first, then my right side. I always end on my right side. So, if I'm having something like Skittles and there is an uneven number in the bag, DH gets the rest.

I have a set side of the bed right now, but, if we move it, or if we're in a hotel or something, I have to sleep on the side that is closest to the window. Not really sure why, but it's a necessity.

Haha. I just sound crazier as I go on.

my friends and i had a conversation once and realized that the guy usually ends up on the door side, especially in a hotel - i guess to protect us from intruders? so i wonder if that is how it works out for you too??

I do the same thing!!!!! I thought i was the only freak who does this. I swear I check the stove and straightening iron 4-5 times after I turn them off. I have gone so far to return home after driving like 15 minutes away to check my iron . When I lived at home, I used to call my dad almost every day to check for me and DH thinks I'm crazy and now I always tell him before we leave the house that I turned the iron off.

I also have to make sure that all cabinets and drawers are shut immediately after opening them and I can't stand when chairs are pushed completely in

It's possible. I think subconsciously I believe I could jump out the window if I ever needed to as well. LOL
