STEAK PIZZIOLA

Use any kind of beef, steak, beef cubes - cut into small pieces - heat some
olive oil in a frying pan, brown lots of garlic in it, add the beef and brown
it and then add either a can of dices tomatoes or whatever kind of tomatoes
you want (crushed, plum, whole, etc.) let the sauce come to a boil - then add
salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and onion powder (even a little sugar) leave
on a moving boil for a few minutes, then lower to simmer, cover and let simmer
on low for a few hours, serve with rice, macaroni, orzo, whatever

This sounds delish! I am def gonna try this one as soon as I buy Good Seasons! Does the mixture stick really well to the chicken just using water? I know typically people use egg or a combo of egg & milk.

Honey Teriyaki Chicken

Keep in mind that this recipe makes enough for 2. I used 1 lb. of chicken cutlets and we only had 1 cutlet leftover LOL!

You need:
Chicken cutlets
1 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce

Put the chicken cutlets in a Ziploc bag with the garlic salt and sesame oil - toss to coat.

Grill the chicken cutlets either on an outside grill (which we don't have) or the ridged side of a griddle on top of the stove (which is what I did).

While the chicken is grilling, mix the honey and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. DON'T put it on the chicken while it's still on the grill! I was told the honey would literally catch fire! I basted the cutlets with it after they came off the grill. Oh my Lord... SOOOOOOOOOOO yummy!!!
