Life Experiences ...

I am so upset today because a position that I wanted at work didn't fall through for me ... it's a long story. I'm trying to be strong about it and my husband sends me this ... which I think would be beneficial to all of us, so I wanted to share.

I think this just means that a much better opportunity is waiting for you.

I love that quote. I printed it out AND saved it on my hard drive. I know their will be many times in my life when it will come in handy. Thanks for sharing it!

Cira- sorry about the position and that you are sad. It just meant that it wasn't meant to be. From speaking with you, I know that you are planning a great future and I am sure the right opportunity will be out there waiting for you.

I'm a true believer that everything happens for a reason, it's hard to imagine why at times, but you'll get through it. Quotes sometimes have a magical way of making things better- thanks for sharing! As you can tell from all the love in the posts, you have support here!

You ladies are all making me teary-eyed, but I appreciate all those that have posted and have shown such compassion for my feelings ... You ladies are my friends and I'm so glad I have your support.

I believe in 'meant to be's' too ... but it is still a let down especially that they made it seem like the 'ball was in my court'. Oh well - it's all politics anyway!

AWE, Cira It REALLY is THEIR loss , Im sure you are MORE than qualified for the position, and then come the politics which override any qualifications, SOO unfair!
