LIRR - can someone help me??

I somehow managed to lose my January mail & ride ticket with my UNLIMITED metro card already - it's only January 6!!!! ARGH. Does anyone know how / IF I can even get this ticket replaced? This is not good for the budget right now.

Oh no! I don't know anything about LIRR or metrocards but I just wanted to say that I hope it works out for you.

Re: LIRR - can someone help me??

If anyone knows this answer to this it will be my mom! She is a pro-commuter as she has been riding the LIRR for 42 years into the city!!!!

I will call her in the morning!

Re: LIRR - can someone help me??

They are SO expensive - I just don't have an extra $300 this month!! It would be more cost effective for me to take off the rest of January, haha.

But seriously,

Re: LIRR - can someone help me??

Did you purchase it with your credit card? I believe that at least with metro cards (may only be monthy or unlimited ones) you can get a new card of lost or stolen. Call lirr and ask if that's the case. Good luck!

Re: LIRR - can someone help me??

Go to customer service at Penn station! I think they can help. Sometimes my monthly metro just stops working and they give me a new one.

Re: LIRR - can someone help me??

If you think you left it on the LIRR train, then you can call them and go to the LIRR lost and found in Penn. I did this last year. They weren't able to retrieve it for me. bur luckily it was toward the end of the month.

im so sorry
