My favorite spa to date is Elizabeth Arden, the price is right and I love how we are treated. I took hubby there for his b-day and I took my GF there for her b-day. I am considering going there for my b-day next month

Michelle, I have been there 3 times and I loved it, must have been one of their off days. So sorry to hear. Give them another try

BLISS - SOHO.
Just had a facial there on Monday night. I lasted about an hour and a half and it was FANTASTIC. They are wonderful and they don't push anything on you which is even better. Is it expensive...yes? But honestly, worth every penny!!

I am having my brazillian there the Wed. before my wedding. If I don't chicken out first.
