Listen to THIS.....

So I posted the other day that I went to Social Security on December 14th to change my name... Well.. January 10th goes by and NO CARD...

So I call SS and the guy freaks me out saying it should have been there bc it was sent and it might have gotten stolen..

So I call Experian and pay $10 bucks to have them send me my credit report in case there has been activity on it.. I also put a fraud alert on my report for all 3 bureaus..

So TODAY.. I leave work early, go to Social Security, I am waiting already 45 minutes and there are still 11 people ahead of me and my mom calls for her usually midday chat..

I tell her I am in SS and I am waiting 45 minutes when she tells me my card arrived TODAY!!!!!!!

I was soooooo pissed that I wasted so much time there and it came 1 MONTH after I went to process the name change...

WHAT THAT F***CK!!!!!!!!!!!!

But it was kinda funny in the end bc these things usually happen to me.. I am just glad that it wasn't stolen!!!!

OMG! thats crazy

so glad you got it in the mail though.. and it didnt get stolen.. it could be worse!
but yea i had to wait at SS yesterday.. so NOT fun

That's crazy!!! And weird.... hmmmmmmmm..... I sent out my holiday cards back in December and Jenn JUST got the one I sent her which was postmarked on December 14!!!! Coincidence? I think not. Maybe there was a batch of mail from that day that got misplaced and they found them and delivered them? So weird!
