I was cleaning the kitchen table and living room table off this morning. (DH is working his second job and is not home), and as I am going through all the mail, catalogues and such I was separating things into piles and came across a receipt which is CLEARLY purchased for me for christmas. I now know one of my gifts!!! I am one of those people who like the surprises. LOL
I am not going to tell DH that I found it.. but just put it in a pile and hope he doesn't realize he left it out because he will be bummed to then.

i usually cave and tell DH what i get him for xmas EVERY YEAR... i get soooo excited about giving presents esp if its something he REALLLLLLY wanted... im hoping i can hold in my excitement this year b/c i got DH something really good!!

I try and tell DH but he hates to know. That is the one thing that we are truly opposites about. I hate surprises and he loves them

I came clean to DH that I found the receipt, he said that he had thought he put it away.. but forgot. I did tell him because the area I found it in was clean.. and he said I looked upset about something! So he offered to return it and get something else.. but said that he rather I keep it, becuase he knows I have wanted it for 2 years now! LOL

lol every year I usually tell my dh exactly what to get me..so needless to say I always know my gifts! But suprises are good too!
