bringing dead posts back to life. I found this on the BHB board and was about to give some input, when I realized that the OP was written all the way back in 2004. I have to assume that within these past 5 years, the 'bride' has already found what she was looking for
(just thought this was funny, is all. Not trying to be mean - but seriously. Why do we bring back these super old posts? Just seems odd to me. Why not start a NEW post?)
it was the first post for the girl who bumped it so she probably just did a search for the song and didn't realize how old the thread was

also, the potentially related topics at the bottom do not separate based on time. If there is something from 5 years ago that relates, it may come up, and someone who is knew may not realize to check the date.

maybe. except, she was asking for the lyrics of a random song. It didn't really seem to have anything to do with the original post to me. I figure she would get better answers if she just posts a whole new topic.
But yeah, I guess she's just new to the site and didn't see that it's from '04 (or notice the the pop-up that tells you how super old it is). I didn't realize that it was her first post either. I still think it's random.

I did the same thing on my first post but that's cuz I was clueless. I thought the posts on the bottom are current topics.
