Long Beach Girls

What times does the Polar Bear swim start on Sunday??? It's always so much fun!!!

BTW - We ate at Swing Belly's (west end) a few weeks back and they have such awesome ribs!!!

I like swingbellys! There mac and cheese is da bomb!!

I didn't even know about the Polar Bear swim!

I'm so upset that i'm gonna miss the swim! for the past few years dh and i say we're gonna do it, but never do cuz we're wimps! Last year it was really cold and windy and there was no way! But we talked about doing it this year and of course i have to fly to Atlanta early Sunday morning for work! I'm bummed that i will miss it!

BTW Swing Belly's rocks! DH and i ordered the swing sampler. Comes with ribs, pulled pork, brisket, chicken and three sides! Yeah we're disgusting! We actually brought half home and had it again the next night!

Is swing belly's where the 'Spare Rib' used to be? what street is it on?

I grew up in the east and west end. I would like to go back and maybe hit up a good restaurant. :)

we were thinking about it, but i just got over being sick for like 2 weeks so i don't think it's in my best interest. we still like to walk to the boardwalk and see the festivaties. it's a nice walk from our block even if it's freezing!

i though it was earlier than 1pm....but that would be great so we can still sleep in...lol!

im going and im going in the water!!! Im so excited hahaha ive never done it before

- oh and i hear that it might be in the guiness book of world record for the most people in cold water at one time haha
