Looking for a Curtain Maker

I had custom curtains made for my living room from a place by me - however, they are expensive and I can't afford to have them do any other rooms.
Fabric Mill does curtains but you have to use there fabric - I have some fabric from when a store went out of business - therefore, I am looking for someone who could do just easy valences and panels.
If you know anyone - Please let me know.
