Looking for a good stir fry recipe

I received a nice wok for my shower, but I haven't used it yet because I can't find a good beef or chicken stir fry recipe. Do any of u have one you could share with me? Thanks

I dont really have a 'recipe' per se but I do know of an AMAZING sauce to use.. I just kinda toss things into it and call it dinner... Always comes out great... let me see if I can find that sauce..

damn.. DH left work so I can't email him anymore...

Well basically we picked up a great Thai sauce [I think at BJs] and I just chop up chicken, peppers, broccoli, carrots, anything I have in the fridge... Toss it all in with this sauce... Comes out great! And I'll make plain rice and toss that into the mix too

Re: Looking for a good stir fry recipe

sigh, I gave up on stir-fry years ago. It took a while for me to figure out why mine never turned out like a restaurant stir fry, but I finally figured it out...

you need some SERIOUS btu's to make a proper stir-fry. It has to be surface of the sun hot.... while my current gas stove is better than mom's electric, it still doesn't make the cut.

No stir-fry for us until I finally obtain my pipe-dream pro gas stove........
