We used the Austin Powers theme. I'm in a wedding tomorrow and they're using 'You're the First, You're the Last, My Everything' by Barry White.

Re: looking for advice from past brides on wedding party entrance songs???

DH is a HUGE Star Wars fan so we used the music from the end scene in A New Hope (where the guys get medals) for the bridal party and the music from the end credits for us. It went over really well - esp with DH family and friends cause they were more familar with the reason but most people told us they thought it was pretty cool.

Re: looking for advice from past brides on wedding party entrance songs???

Our band played James Brown sounding music for all of us--parents, grooms and bridal party and us. We then immediately went into our first dance which was to a Cole Porter song, 'You'd Be So Nice To Come Home To'.
