Looks Like

we won't be moving until 6 weeks before my due date They appraised the place today, but we can't get an interview with the co-op board until April 2nd, so by the time we close and paint and get the place ready to move our stuff in, it'll be the end of April. I wanted so badly to tell my landlord that we'll be out by the end of March, but looks like we'll be paying rent for all of April too. Even if we close right away, we might be able to move in the last week of April, but we might as well take our time at that point.
The good news is that rate I got today was 5.875 with 0 points. We will decide by next week and lock in.

It will go by fast and you'll be in your new place and your little baby will arrive shortly after.

Don't worry girl. Everything will fall into place.

I can understand how lousy that is .. but it will all seem so worth it once you're in!
