lost a bid - UPDATE

we just lost a bid we put on a house - our first bid ever! it's disappointing, but now the search continues! guess it wasn't meant to be!

UPDATE: we put a bid on a house we saw today and they accepted it right away! and this house is so much better than the first we liked. now we just have to start the paperwork process and i hope it goes quickly!

we ended up with a wayyyyy better house at a better price

I know how it feels - I think we bid on 10 houses before we got ours.
