I have to run out to CVS to pick up some things, I have no clue what is nearby. I hope I don't have to opt for stinky McDonalds. :(

I had a whole wheat bagel with egg whites. And two handfuls of cashews.

I went home for lunch ... I had the sandwich I brought with me to wrok and then brought home (in case I couldn't make it home), a juice box, and two lemon crisp cookies. Should not hve had the cookies, but I was hungry. I have some fruit for later this afternoon when I get hungry again.
