made it up as I went along......so eyeball it as you go! (I didn't know what to make but saw the gorgonzola cheese and thought HEY let's see what I can do and I NEVER do that b/c I usually fail at on the spot recipes haha)
Gorgonzola cheese (I used a full plastic container about 2 cups maybe) 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese (about, maybe less) little basil little pepper 2 tablespoons of yogurt (had no milk but can use cream if you want) 2 tablespoons of margarine 1/4 cup water garlic
melted it....while melting I cooked the chicken a little then poured half of the mixture over the chicken while th rest cooked through. When done took still hot gorgonzola sauce poured it right over. (be aware that some gorgonzola is saltier then others...I had to add a few pinches of sugar to mine)
Served with Stop & Shop brand steamers mix (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) put a little butter, onion & garlic powder SIMPLE!!
(For those who haven't tried the steamers....DO IT!!!!!!!!! They are a godsend and actually taste really good!!)
