Lauren I don't know if you can tolerate nasal sprays, but honestly, Afrin Extra Strength will clear your nose in a motherfreaking second! 2 sprays in each nostril and you're golden. I promise you try it!

I was addicted to Afrin so am not allowed to use it anymore! It seriously cut up the insides of my nose! lol

That's why I asked lol. A lot of people totally get addicted to it and can't use it again lol. But it does work!! That's why you get addicted!!! Sowwy mama. What I do is cover my chest in Vapo Cream and hop in a steaming hot shower for 15-20 mins. The steam ends up really getting a lot out.

BREATHE RIGHT STRIPS OMG. I can't believe I didn't mention earlier. If you haven't tried them, TRY THEM NOW! You have to get the CLEAR ones, not the skin color. The clear are plastic and stronger. Get the adult small. They work SO well, and are drug free. They hold your sinuses open. Take the shower first, then put on the Breathe Right. You will feel immediate relief.

Ive been using sudafed (the good stuff behind the counter) and neti pot...it gives me temporary relief but then it comes back!!
