LMAO hey watch the Sizzler!

-rolls- I used to think the Sizzler was Haute Cuisine! We went there for every birthday, anniversgraduation party, etc., until I was about 14. They had a salad bar!!!! we used to get all dressed up, me in my drop wasited floral dresses with the sash always untying and drooping, and my polished WHITE patent leather Mary Janes... I was STYLING!.



Then we started hitting City island up by us but still. Sizzler man...loved those bacon pieces in the salad bar.

I get a gun every year for my birthday. My Dh takes me to pick out my gun then we go to dinner at the Sizzler. I love birthdays!!!

LMAO a friend of mine wanted to do a book about it lmao because it seems sooo many Latino families were big fans of the sizzler. I didn't know till i started dating DH that it was considered less than classy. LOL.

Anyoen remember the Ponderosa?

OMG Ponderosa Steakhouse! When I was growing up in the sticks of upstate NY that was considered a fancy restaurant by all the hicks! I used to love their salad bar, especially the little ham cubes and soft serve ice cream!! That was all I would eat! Ham and ice cream... weird
I think the one where I grew up is still there!

Me too! Whether it was Pondereso or the Sizzler, I always went for a mini mountain of ham cubes on like ONE leaf of lettuce and ironically lmao PICKLES. I LOVD their sliced pickles. And then straight for ice cream. Ahhh those were the days!

How quickly Britneys sad life turns into our entertainment

I like the taco bar and dessert bar in the Sizzler. My brother used to bring zip lock bags and fill them with red hots and candy from the ice cream bar.

I loved the sneeze guard I am considering it for my home.

I went back once in high school to the one in Wantagh and they had this really bizarre thing on the hot part of the buffet - little things that looked like chicken nuggets but were really fried lumps of breaded creamed corn
