Married one month and...

I think my father-in-law might die. He had a massive heart attack yesterday & the outlook is grim. The damage is severe and he is on all sorts of machines. He had surgery last night & they can't stop the bleeding...

They have a doctor coming done from Boston today to evaluate if he is a candidate for a heart transplant. (He's in Rhode Island).

Please keep DH & his family in your thoughts.

Thank you everyone. So far, there is little improvement. He needs a heart transplant but he may not be deemed a viable candidate because of his risk factors.

I just feel so badly for DH & his family.

Prayers and thoughts are with you and DH's family.

Please FM me to talk if you want - DH lost his mom due to leukemia a few months before the wedding - it was hard on all of us (she was only 53) - and I know how hard it is to see the one we love (DH) in such pain...
