Well there were no other lumps. But the MRI did show some abnormal lymphnodes. So the doctor did a needle biopsy on the spot. He said he was worried, but he has seen tissue look like this before and it was not cancer. We will get those results Thursday.

Please pray it's negative!!!

In addition to this, regardless of the outcome with the nodes, he wants her to get a petscan. Where they scan the whole body to see if the cancer has spread. That will probably be next week.

Needless to say, my mom is devestated. I am too ( but not showing her)... I just feel like, this CAN'T be my/her life right now!!

Just PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE continue to pray for her!!! It just HAS to get better!!!

My mom's docs were Dr Virginia Maurer (I know she's somewhere on LI) for breast cancer and the doc who did her chemo was Dr Citron, who I know is based out of Pro Health in New Hyde Park..you can google both of them.
They are the best of the best.
