minimoon suggestions

hi ladies
i just posted on the brides board but i figured you might have some great suggestions!
we're looking for a hotel/resort/B&B for a few days after the wedding (in october). perhaps in the poconos, hudson river valley, newport. i'd like a nice place with great food & perhaps a spa (wishful thinking!).
any suggestions??
