I am supossed to lock in anyday - I was just curious as to what people have been locking in at recently? 30-year fixed with no points - I beleive the broker told me on Wed. that we could lock in at 5.36% does this sound about right? Thanks

Check around; I thought 0 point mortgages were at 5.25%.

check BankRate.com they give you a good overview of rates in the area.

You should def. be able to get lower than that with no points right now. Depends on your credit.

my bank quoted 4.83 last week, but I think it's up around 5% now.....
