Can anyone tell me why people drive like morons in the rain and it takes me an additional 30 minutes to get to work?

ETS: it takes me an extra 30 minutes, not 3 minutes, lol

since i moved i have to take the highway to work and i hate the fact that when it rains, people become even stupider drivers than they are on a regular sunny day!!
