What is everyone doing for Mothers day? Harry and I are going out for brunch with my parents, his mom and brother, my sister (new mommy!! ) BIL, Grandparents and my Aunt! I think it will be a fun time! Too bad the weather is supposed to be crappy!!

Nick, myself, and Justin along with my parents are going to my in-laws for lunch. My MIL's brothers family is coming up from Jersey and her parents just got in from Fl.

Brunch w/ the siblings @ BK Sweeney's for my mom. It'll just be 15 of us...
I'm not sure if Steve will do anything for my mommy-to-be day. I'm sure I'll get a card & we'll probably go out for dinner. Although, he did mention taking a trip to the jeweler soon to pick out my present for when Peanut comes!!!!

I dunno... I already have what my mom calls 'Mother's guilt' about spending ANY money... I mean, what if Peanut really does want a pony??
However, once I'm near jewelry, I'm like Peanut? What Peanut? You should have seen me in Fortunoff's last night picking out my mom's diamond heart necklace!!!
Can't decide on these - I'm checking out another place today... if I can't find something I like, I *have* to get one of these for her!! Opinions?
Kathi - Love them both, but the locket idea wins out IMO.
We are doing brunch at Moms with Aunts, cousins etc.

My husband's mother lives in PA, so we will send her a plant with a nice card. (We were there a few weeks ago, so we had a mini-celebration then). We are taking my mom out on sunday for an early dinner at 5pm.

We sent my mom flowers. Steve and Brandon are taking me on a brunch cruise in Port Jeff.

Thanks, ladies... I already have a similar one to the 2nd one, Lisa!!! Steve gave it to me for our 1st married Christmas. Haven't you seen it?? Mine's bigger, but don't tell mom!
I prefer the locket, too!! I hope my mom does!! The decision will be made today!!

We are taking my mother to Belmont Raceway - they have a mothers day brunch and she has been wanting to go there.
Kathi, both necklaces are beautiful but I like the locket better too.

Enjoy your day with those special women in your life ladies! I'm taking my Mommy to Sizzler for the all you can eat salad bar. When she suggested it, I was like 'Ma!' but then she's trying to lose major weight to get her double knee replacements next year, so way to go for her! I bought her a set of lighthouse dishes. She's wild for lighthouses. I think I'm at Montauk point everytime I'm over there now. And of course, my father can't help but add to the atmosphere by letting some of his special 'fog' go! Geez Dad! Must be low tide!
