My parents have gone a few times recently and loved it. They said the casino was really nice and the club was good and they had a really nice suite.

we are looking to go away for a weekend most likely in march for our 1 yr anniversary and we want to stay in the pocono areas and i know they have that ceasar palace, but i dont really want to go there, and that was the only other place i could find online

yeah they changed it now and have a casino inside.

For your 1 year anniversary you might want to check out skytop in the poconos, its real nice and huge and lots to do. Dh and I have gone 3x. The website is www.skytop.com

didnt they close it? i remember on the news they had an auction of all the cheesy 70s stuff inside . . .

and i was so sad bc they said it was the place for a married man to bring his lover LOL meanwhile, I grew up dreaming of going there with my husband!

Dh & I went last year..it's really nice. It's Mount Airy Hotel & Casino now. Kinda reminds me of Mohegan Sun.

OOOH so maybe they got rid of that stuff to remodel? I remember seeing mirrrored headboards being auctioned off!

I think the tall wine glass is still there..I always wanted to sit in that thing.

I have been to the casino recently and I liked it. I walked out $80 richer...

just so you know that includes all the meals breakfast, lunch and dinner and most activities. Just about all the activities you dont have to pay extra for.
