Moving to a house need ideas

So DH and I should be closing on our house in another few weeks (main reason why I haven't been online-though i'm sure no one noticed).

Since we've been in the apartment for the last 2 years I started thinking that I need to start a list of things that we don'tt have and will be needing ie lawnmower etc.

Can anyone help? I know there are tons of you in the same situation!! I'm just suddenly drawing blanks

FH and I closed on our house in February. We buy things every week that we didn't know we needed. Here are some things:

lawnmower
hose
sprinkler
gardening tools
leaf blower
dehumidifier for the basement
shelves for basement storage
lots of tools, including a sander, saw, drill, paint rollers, spackly sanding block
picture hangers and picture wire
a ladder

There is so much more but my mind is a blank right now!

I closed on my house 2 1/2 years ago and I am still buying stuff I realize we need. But here are also some things:

-Closet organizer
-Gas cans for the mowers
-Blinds or shades
-Weed wacker and/or edger for lawn
-Hose connectors for the hose
-5 way hose sprayer for hose (to use to wash car or water plants)
-A shed for the house if you don't have garage (I prefer to get a shed for lawn mower and gas so garage don't smell)
-light fixture
-energy saving bulbs

ETA- Energy efficient Air Conditioners for the summer months if you don't have already. If not try to get in wall ones they are much better than in window ones.

It's early to think about it but either snow shovels or snow blower. try to remember to look in early fall brfore the snow cause then they're sold out!.
and ice melt for sidewalks.
boot tray to keep water off floors if you didn't have/need in apt.

for now, does house have AC's?

Duct tape if you don't already have it.

lawn furniture & BBQ?

what shape are the garbage cans in? and door mats.

also w tools if you don't have already basics like hammer, slot and phillips screw drivers , pliers, wrenches, heavy duty cutting things, flash lights.

maybe a power washer for cleaning siding and decks.
