Museum Putty...Anyone?

Museum Putty...Anyone?

Was wondering if anyone has ever used museum putty? Our little kitty has a horrible habit of jumping on things .. part of it I think is just to get our attention. Well, obviously part of decorating is being able to have pictures and things out on display, only because we can't break this habit of 'destructo boy,' I hate putting anything out in places he can get to. So, the other day I was flipping through a 'Solutions' catalog, and noticed museum putty, and it seems like it might be something we could use to help batten down the hatches when our little tornado blows through the rooms. So, I'm wondering if anyone has ever used the stuff? Will it work? Does it leave stains behind? I guess I'm most interested in using it to secure picture frames to our living room tables, which are glass. (Big mistake going with glass tables having a cat that loves to jump around!! .. Plus, he leaves nose prints on the underside of the coffee table! Luckily, the end tables and sofa table are too high for him to do that). Needless to say, despite these antics, I love him!

The museum putty I saw also comes with a clear gel formula.

I don't know anything about the putty but I just wanted to say that it is very cute the way you talk about him.

Kel, I have never heard of it, but would sure love to get some. My kitty does that too. I cant tell you how many things he broke. Even my granmother's lennox piece that I got after she passed away. Luckily my MIL was able to fix it. Now it stays in our china cabinet.
