must have ingredients...

what are two must have ingredients your kitchen is never without?

mine (besides salt & pepper) would have to be onion & garlic....i always have it on hand...it can make anything taste good!

Salt and pepper- NO DOUBT!!

Besides that it'd have to be oregano and garlic salt/powder

salt is ABSOLUTELY a must have--my mom is superstitious--a house without salt is a house with bad fortune!

but besides that i always have garlic & butter

onions, garlic, olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash, sazon, unsalted butter, fresh herbs: parsley, rosemary, thyme, cilantro.... lemons, soy sauce. that's all i can think of for now!

I almost never use salt.

I always have extra virgin olive oil and garlic.
