Well...Sunday is one year! I can't believe how fast time is flying! We're having dinner where we had our reception -- it will be nice to just sit and enjoy! We're not doing anything else too special - just spending time doing stuff together in the house. Anyway, just wanted to say it's been nice to have you guys to chat with not only during the stress, but during the new phase of our lives! Have a good weekend!
I can't believe a year has gone by - mine is in a month. The time has gone by so fast.
Where was your reception? Mine was at the Carlyle - and I was thinking of doing the same thing. However the US Open is that weekend - I really wanted to plan a nice getaway weekend - but with the cost of the closing on the home we realize it's just not a smart move.
I agree it is so nice keeping in touch with everyone. I kept thinking as the wedding was approaching how much I would miss this site... however, I'm still here.

Our reception was at the George Washington Manor, so we had a great dinner there on Sunday and spent our anniversary weekend just being with each other. We also have so many things to do in our house that we didn't plan a getaway (although I think we could really use one!). Anyway, to me it was the perfect way to celebrate our first year as a married couple together and I kept thinking to myself how great my life is! Now if we can have a baby before the two year mark... :)
