My album

Was supposed to be here in March, then April then last week I was told we would get it yesterday..no call and today still no call. I am going anxious and angry damn it!

That the lab was backed up...every time and since my photgrapher has gotten most of my money I feel like he doesn't give to craps about me...it is impossible to get him to even call me back! I emailed him a list, LAST TUESDAY, of the pictures we wanted to order for the house (he asked me to email them so that he would not get any of the numbers wrong) and asked him to verify with me as well as answer I few questions I had before he placed the order...it is a week later and I still have not heard from him

LOL...can I call the BBB to complain about his lack of communication?

UGH! That is so annoying! I feel your pain, I have an album, but am still waiting for my video. I was told I would get that by my one year anniversary...um two weeks ago!

What is up with these people? It's soo annoying...he has NO FOLLOW UP either. Fine if it is delayed jsut call me and say the lab was late mailing it so its not hear yet...instead I am checking my home answering machine every 5 minutes!

Id let them know that you post on here and could be warning future brides not to book him! It makes me so mad when vendors dont do what they are telling us they will do!
