FINALLY!!! It only took them over 3 months to fix their mistakes, eeesh. I am picking it up tonight! I will be sure to tell them that I am truly disappointed in their service!

beautiful : ) we just picked our album out with the black matting too and DH wasn't sure he'd like how it looked but I showed him your pictures and he said wow : ).

Karen: I like the black for some reason (maybe the darker so the pics 'pop') and I had no problem convincing Gary about that because his favorite team is the Raiders and those are their colors, silver and black )

Shamma: YES! My Dad started losing it right before we came in...he kept saying I can't do this, I can't do this and I had to calm him down. Luckily I knew he'd do this since he did it at my brother's wedding and that time he set me off crying as well, this time he didn't...LUCKY! He finally got down the aisle but the horror look on his face, right!!! He was so upset but we laugh about it now. On our amateur video you see them trying to cue the music and they keep saying hold on one moment (no one knew it was me trying to calm my Dad down, lol!!)
