Basically henna is applied as a celebatory thing, like to celebrate the joy of marriage, or expecting a baby, etc. Its just like having pretty artwork applied to your body to decorate yourself for whatever upcoming celebration is about to happen I suck at explaining it, but I hope that helps! lol
