My photographer is not answering my phone calls or e-mails....
and I have been married almost 3 months....I have not 1 professional pic yet.
I knew I should have never gone with this company!!!!!!

write a formal business letter stating that you have tried to contact him by phone, to no avail and if you do not get your proofs and negatives within a week of delivery of the letter (have it mail certified) then you will begin legal procedingstone it down or up depending on how you think they will take it...you don't want them doing anything bad to your pics

Another vote for a personal visit. Be tough. Try to get the film at least, even if it wasn't developed yet.

Not to scare you but I have heard a thing or 2 on the negative on them. I say you and hubby go down there in person Hoe dare they. Please let us know what happens.

Definitely pay them a visit!! Go unannounced and catch them by surprise - see how they react, and DEMAND some answers, as well as your proofs!!!!!! I got my proofs back 2 weeks after the wedding. The fact that it's been almost 3 months is unacceptable...I'm surprised you've held up this long...they would've heard my mouth long ago!!!! Good luck, and let us know what happens..

Their office is in PA ...
I have heard some negative things about them too...if I can't reach them this week, I will write a formal letter and start the harrassment!

Maybe the letter should be written on your lawyers letterhead!!?? That should get their attention! And make sure you send it Certified Mail/ Return Receipt Requested!! That way they can't deny ever receiving it!!

OK heard from them today finally, they should be arriving within 2 weeks. But thank God they called because they were going to send them to my old address! (even though I changed it with them 3 times already!)

Be prepared though!! You wouldn't want to take their word for it now after what you've already been through with them .. they weren't returning your phone calls .. and they still had a wrong address, despite three previous changes??!!Give them 2 weeks, and check in .. maybe saying you wanted 'to see if' or 'make sure' they went out in the mail. But I wouldn't just sit back and breathe easy yet.
You still have a long way to go with this company .. considering you don't even have the proofs yet.
And please try to keep detailed records of contact you have with them .. who you spoke to .. date/time .. information of what was discussed and promised.

Where in PA? I am heading to Philly this Saturday and then going to LI for the 23rd and 24th and then back to Philly.If they are close I would be more then willing to stop in. Hell I could bring them too you.. lol
